About the Course

Description: Basic one-day course offering lifesaving first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for the workplace or home. Course meets legislation requirements for provincial/territorial worker safety and insurance boards and includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines. OFA Level One Equivalent.

  • CPR Mask with O2 Inlet in clamshell
  • Bag
  • Coffee/Tea &  Evening Snack

An email from the Red Cross will confirm your course registration and help you create a profile. You will then be able to go into your profile and click on your online course.
